ALCATEL OTE DB be1 UNLOCKING

I have ALCATEL DB Ver.016c, soft ver. BE1E-1JD1DE1, Flash Type AMD-1M. I have a cable and soft ANDROMEDA 4.1. I can read all data (IMEI, Soft Vers., FLASH TYPE) but I can not unlock SP code. What program read EEPROM ? Help me please!!!

you dont need to read eprom!
after run andromeda read flash and back it up
just in case something hapens
then run be1 12.3 by zulea and the phone is unlocked!

I unlocked some OTE with Zulea 12.3 and had never any problems !
