Problem on Alcatel Programs

Hi to all,
I've got a problem using all Alcatel soft for unlocking.First,i install soft on my PC at home(Pentium 133/OS 98 ) and it all runs well but after few days the problem arises,it won't connect with the phone,eveytime i run the prog it say's " Not rec 04 after Boot 1 ".I've tried eveything i know on how to run those prog by booting my PC on a pure DOS,but with no succes.And it's quit intriguing cause i try running the same prog on the PC at my work place (Pentium II/OS WINDOWS NT)and there's no problem unlocking the phone.
Can someone help me on this?Is there a missing files in order that the prog will run?And what are those files?

Change com for slower.I had the same problem, but after changing com it works normally!

run it in pure dos. otherwise it will NOT work correctly.

Which one cabel do you have?
And what is the speed (com) when is work corretly?

Hi,
I use a cabel with external power source and the com speed is 9600bps when its working.I also try slowing down the com speed and running it in pure DOS mode but to no avail.I also try running it in diff. computers and i notice that Alctatel progs works perpectly but others don't.What seems to be the problem?Is there a missing file(dll,ocx,etc...).

1) CHARG THE BATTARY OF YOUR PHONE
2) TRY TO USE THE COM 2 ITS BETTER
3) REMOVE THE BATARY AND PLG IT AGAIN

There is something "mysterius" in Alcatel Progs :
I have a little P133 , 80M0 off ram , and I have to Hard disk , two operating Win98 second edition , a seagate ( 2.X Go) and a IBM ( 7.X Go).
When I boot from the Seagate , Androm X.Y don't work , BEXsrv.exe don't work ( user break......).
When I boot from the second HDD , and goto seagate drive d:alcatele1 where I've my files , All thing are working well.
I all the time run these prog is pure dos mode .
