Flash OTV HD5 & instructions?

Looking flash files and instructions haw to flash OTV HD5 for Retrofit.
Some1 to know haw to change IMEI on this phone. Now the IMEI is: 330000000000000
I try with new Retrofit but I have mesage indiferent driver.

soft ver 10.4

I was trying to change it but the result was always (crazy imei) 330P++*(4L%45

Any solution?
