Hi,
I have an Alcatel One Touch Easy HD1 that is locked. I have read about the secret menu typing 000000* and I have also an hexa number that I got running a software to unlock but I can't type it.
I have done 2 tests:
-Without the SIMM: I only can write 5 numbers (I can type *#06# to see the IMEI but I can't continue.
-With the SIMM: I can write my PIN and later it appears the service number of Alcatel, I can write some numbers but when I write # it appears a dot (.).
Questions:
-How can I enter into the secret menu to write the hexa number?
