im using PRODIGY
FIRST : flash eraseppm250 (3650)
SECOND : flash cina package (3650)
then Upload SP data
THIRD : Set full factory and format user area
FOURTH : FULL FLASH MCU and PPM NHL 84.57
then Tune Net
Finish by Prodigy .. thats all ..

Select flash ppm only and use erase flash file (3650) as a ppm then flash with mcu and ppm and pm then unlock
