This tutorial shows you how to unlock all Alcatel BF or BG or new models for free, without using expensive soft like wray's or magician or.. you'll need only hexworkshop (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/numediaweb/files/universal/hexwork311.zip) and a free soft to read and write flash of your mobile, like s2gsm patched by the great SPUNLOCK, you can find it at;

1 :: Reading the flash from phone
let's say you got an new mobile phone with new firmware version for example BG3 525 ver 106 KI127, this version is not yet supported even with new $$$ unlocking soft :-). To read the flash , use henrich 1.82 soft, check first that it recognize flash type –amd or Thomson or..- if not use free soft like s2gsm to read the flash. For cable you can find it from many sites , me I work with self made cable once you read full flash check if it is (correctly read by looking to the size of file ex: 2MB or 4MB) then make 2 copies of that flash (for safety reasons)

2 :: Finding the appropriate block
Now open your eyes ! !
The block is a set of data (64Kb) inside the flash for example the block
In a 2 MB flash would start from this address 00060000 and ends at 0006FFFF . To find the correct block open the copy of your flash with hexworkshop and search for this hex string 8009022802 if you get only one instance as a result, then you found the block, if more than one, write down the address where you encountered other instances. To verify that the block is correct search for this 2nd Hex string F0B5061C151C0C1C1F1C note down the address where it is found and repeat the same steps for this last hex string B00D1C1E1C .
Now you got a map of the flash, just compare the results you got and surely you will find the correct block( the correct block is the one that contains all the 3 Hex strings, or at least 2 of them)

3 :: Unlocking the flash – creating own partial
well now you got 2 options either unlock the block and save it separately so that whenever you got the same phone version you write it directly by henrich (warning!!; check always if the soft support reading and writing block correctly) or you unlock the flash then upload it to your phone.
Anyway copy to a new file the full block so as to make your job more easier when trying to edit the locks.
Here's how you unlock; Alcatel made 3 levels/locks in locking their phones, to unlock them you must replace their data with this:
1; 0020F746
2; 0020F746
3; 0120
To disable the 3rd lock level search for 8009022802 and replace 0228 by 0120 (note that 0228 may be different but it's always betwen 8009XXXX02).
Now we will disable the first lock level, search for F0B5061C and replace it with 0020F746,if you find more than 1 instance, look at the one that is same as picture 1 ( you may notice the repetition of 1Cxx 1Cxx 1Cxx )
We still have to desable the 2nd lock level, so search for B00D1C1E1C and replace 0D1C1E1C by 0020F746 (note that 0D1C1E1C may be a little bit different from one phone to another, but it's always after B0xxxxxxxx) .

now you successfully unlocked your flash, but always check if it's correct before writ. If you find the solution to one version then save the addresses for future use, so that you will not need to redo the whole work next time, because the addresses vary only from on version to another. To help you more, check the list of the locked blocks for different versions here (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/numediaweb/files/alcatel/universal/) .

4 :: Writing the flash to mobile
write the new unlocked flash by the software used before to read it from phone but check always whether it is correctly read , else you get damaged phone for ever ! ! and don't tell me that I didn't warn you.
I used this method to unlock this versions;
And they all work 100% .

Unlocked partials are only one problem. The other problem is writing this partials in phone due to a different flash types. Do you have soft that can write in ST flash (ID:20D1)?

i've read a full flash with bg3 flash reader by bekosbrothers but the flash type is unknown, but the flash which i've read seems to be correct comparing with other flash files
can i unlock the flash & upload it again to phone without risk ? or i'll have a dead phone forever ?

Yes this solution works... i tested it... Great...
BUT...
I think this solution is a kinda slow one, whit flashin progress also more slower...
It would be great if anobody who have knowlege about programing to write an auto patcher because as i can see, it can be automated as well...
in this case there is three step:
1. Flash reading
2. patching
3. flash writing
Its just an idea...

hmm...same problem ...file damaged...small trick will help you maybe...after new download just restart computer...look for file lenght...if it is correct than file can be unpacked ...

SPUNLOCK u are THE man!!!! at least now the 2gsm software connects to my bg3 106kr126. :) but the unlock feature allways gives me Bad response when the other softwares unlock it useless to my phone but they do :)

u didn't understand what i've asked. i don't want to unlock my kr126. i want to revive it. and i can't get from nowhere full flash file for this version. And now that the 2gsm software seems to be well cracked i'm asking to someone to read the full flash from one equal version mobile.

the locks are hiden in block 11 ... you know bg3 106KR126 is same as bg3 106KR127 . .. all have lock in blok 11.. read it by bekos..and thanks for helping people..

it was great if spunlock correct the 2 bugs of the cracked software for bg3 (unlock and write flash).

yes i saw this issu also but in 106-127 read flash ok..but.. write ; it refuses to writ flash ( i use the great soft patched by the great spunlock).. but what is more stranger i used to writ flash to a 106-127 and accepted it... and another think when i use bekos to read flash it detects the phone correctly but it says anknown flah type.. i think s2gsm must be patched for another time..
concerning the strings that you didn't find ... ! ! ! just look if you haven't already unlocked the block.. because it happened to me one time ago... just open your eyes !!

you are wrong when u say that 106kr126 is the same as 106kr127, no way.
kr126 is bg3 332 and kr127 is bg3 525, so the last one is in field 14 the other may be in field 11.

I don´t know if u are rigth to say thats 106KR126 is diferent from 127 becouse i use to connect my 106KR126 to a soft and it shows bg3 525 but i don´t know well. i´m not an expet to say that. but any way Numediaweb did a grat job and i congratulate with him.

@ssemedo it's very simple... your phone 106kr126 is a 332 (colour display phone) and the 127 is a 525 (black & blue display) :)

well i worked last night trying to figure out your case.. i found the correct blok and it is 11.. every thing were going fine as i found the third and second level locks ..but ther's a prob with the first level lock.. i mean i found 4 instances containg the same lock data!!.. but only one is correct, so after doing some comparisions i found the correct one.. check it in the parcial it is in 0000d453.. anyway test this partcial and post results ! !! because i don't have this version here in morocco for testing.. but don't wory keep the original partcial (block 11 ) from your phone and inject this block in the full flash from adress 00110000 to 0011FFFF. .. .and good luck ! !

just tell me if you read the flash correctly as discribed in the first post or not ... conserning henrish; you have first to see whether it supports the flash type of your mobile.. also you have to deactivate the check crc box when you ever want to read or writ a new flash version ... i think that's what happened to you; you read the flash with henrish in the first time... then tried to unlock it .. then send it again to phone with henrish but at that moument henrish asked you wheter you want to correct crc and you said yes... then phone goe down... so if you still have the original flash i can do something for you but be patient ok?? just upload your flash to somwher i can download it and maybe gonna do sthng 4 u !!! hope so ! !

Mate the problem i have is that i really need to unlock my phone its micron3 4mb,version kp14b100 and only two softwares communicate with the phone henrich and bekos the rest communiction error who can help me i have the full flash its 4mb another thing is that am not good in using hex editor am still going for lessons so i need some help

my phone become dead after the gsmnow software which doesn't support this version, but let us press the unlock button :( after that i couldn't change it's dead status :)
when i tried tu put my flash (readed with heinrich) i've answered no...because it is obvious when we are using a phone version e other phone version software we can't say yes to corrections because this corrections is for older versions...(i think)
but i've read the flash file with crc on, this means that the flash i've read is not ok?
and i'm talking in FULL flashing the phone...not only the unlock partial... :)
have u tried in any bg3 write the flash with heinrich. no problem with this?
Another thing...the heinrich software just let us flash the flashes that he support right?

well mate!! i think you fall in a common problem using henrish 1.82 .. because of the check crc option box... because i think checking crc and correcting it is something that i don't advise especially for unsupported firmwares ! !!!... thus, the soft in the place of helping you, it kills you ! ! as it plays with the techzone content.. also people and here i mean programmers doesn't want to release free soft.. even we bekos free soft is meant to help only his programmer! ! as it doesn't give you the ability to write flash.. so we need more help from programmers .. at least in providing soft that can fully support read and write flash types; micron st thomson..
so for your case! ! at the moument i can advise you to patch your mobile flash with a correct flash read from a working mobile... just try to copy some bloks that you may thing suffer from deseas ! !!...

Hello. Finaly my bg3 106KR126 is unlocked 100%. I found the solution here in the forum and i use it.

this is alcatel unlocker v7 from V.I.L.A.N.I but it unlocks only some flash types and doesn't contain the function to read or write full flash.. but we can say it's a temporary solution for the 106 kr127... what we need urgently is a soft to read and write flashes to new flash models like st.. micron and..

I just try to help who doesn´t want to spend a lot of time searching for strings. But any way it´s good solution for the models supported. He did what he could. (V-i-l-a-n-i). spunlock is our holp. Maiby he can crack definitly the s2gsm soft. Still have some more work in that soft. But we are here.
Now i have one bg3 with micron flash ans i can´t unlock so i have to try Henrich writing to see what will happens.

what software did you use for uploading?, i have modified flash for BG3, but can test it. s2gsm always says "app error"

I don't understand. If is so easy to make a flasher, why this solution not include the writte function?
All softs for Alcatel are using paching firmware........ comand for direct unlock is not implemented on all versions(including wray). This is not a shame.
The point is that in every new version this zone from MAIN CODE is changing from version to version, and the compare operation in hexa will not work.Now on BH4 is on 42 characters.
U must know many things to make a flasher. The reader from Bekos, was a gift at the begining and many free unlockers used that for unlock their phones. The writte function is most important cose is diffrent from a flash type to other. So... U will not see any software developer to make a free writter, just for fun.

I have connect the phone whit magician 6.2.24 and if you choose bg3 (525) the soft say that the phone have a microm flash!! and you cant write the flash but if you choose bg3(331) on magician the soft say that the flash is thomsom and yoy can write the flash. If is the same phone where is the problem? I Think that one old soft for alcatel 525 u can write flash on 332 kri127 for example. Best regards from Spain
