My personal and tested 100% working solution is:
..first don't flash the phone
just write the right partial flash to the phone, and it will be ok.
You'll need :
-the right partial flash : http://groups.yahoo.com/group/deeGO/files/BG3%20partials/
-Heinrichtool18 (my favorite alcatel soft) :D .
i doesn't means that ALL-KATEL isn't a good software,you have just to know how an unlock soft works before using it.

Is impossible to kill one phone with ALL-KATEL licencesed software because if the flash is not supported the unlock button is not active....

May be you killed the phone with all-katel FREE software? If you work with free software dont cry if you kill one phone.

read supported versions first and choose rigth phone
its free but its not a killer
i think ppl doenst read more than unlock button so just tell allkatel to make a "repair button" for this ppl (crazy world -> f*cking business)
