I want to know if with Sim Emu we can phone for free, without use our phone account and credit ? If we can't please tell me what sim emu is for ? thank you :)

SIMEMU is a emulator. Works like a original card, with the possibility of menu, more numbers, more phonebook, ect...

You can phone free, because the account are in the central of the operator.
