Pls help: Setup USPU

hello group!
i have problem with setup this sw. it looks for "Un6stl.exe' in C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\..even when there is a file there or i copy this file to that location. if it detects it, it show another error msg something like 'Setup error... 0000xx...". Whats wrong?? i even tried to install it in safe mode but still the same!

what's your uspu's version I don't have any program with uspu 4.35 may be you can try to redownload it .

i redownloaded it. its still the same problem!!! its uspu4.2..

right now im downloading the v4.35 and i hope it works..
