s40 .. can receive calls .. but send ( please redial )

it was Dead phone ..
after flash with unisiemens with FuBu ver 8 and repair data with guar soft + imei data ..
phone working but when i try to make calls says " please Redial "
sombody told me to remove all operators .. i did delete all provider names in preferrd list .. but not help ..

dont say suggests plz cuz is many ...
tell 100% tested solution if its available ...

P.S : same flash tested with 2 phones before and good working

P.S2: 1000% not Hw problem ... cuz can receive calls ..

It was dead
I flash it to v 9 with Unisiemens
And eprom v 9 by Guar
Log and map
Phone ok but no calls
At network bands i did uncheck 1900 and 1800 and leave only 900 MHz
The same thing
After 30 min it was ok

Strange isn't it?
