this adress is only for support area username and password and not for calcualting string activation.
If you need to activate your box than you must contact your resseler.

Yes you are right, i have not think about that. Well i think best is to put the serial on the boxes before sell out.

Please try to contact spear, he can also enable accounts in twister support area, we have this procedure always that user have to ask ONLY the reseller for support password.

I have to write to them and wait 4 dayes for nothing then ask my reseller (I already sent him a message) they are wasting my time and it's very important to me I have customers also waitting , so I need fast help .

This is only backup solution for users to get thy password for support, and i am one of this people that make users acounts.
You must consider that i dont only make this and i dont have time to make all xx passwords every day....

by the way why you don't add this(user & pass) to my packge ? is it more security than my visa card that I get it by mail !!!!

When u got your parcel 20 days later from a reseller it is for sure not my problem, about support area, even you would email me, i would not create any account becaue this is dealers job to do that. I can remember that your reseller can create accounts himself, so it is out of my responsabilty.

Well solution found, i just changed the acess to Distributor Acess Mask, so they have to apply again for password.
