View Full Version : Ngage games on 6600
Hi everybody,
I would like to thank in advance everyone who is going to read and try to help me.
I have a nokia 6600 and I have some n-gage games i want to play on it.But every game i have tried comes with an error like App.Closed ...
I've tried Tomb raider,it comes as a .zip with a system folder i have to copy to the root of my mmc...i restart phone and it says App.Closed
One slightly different result with Fifa 2004..as tomb raider is a zip with a system filder....the game goes...up to the point when game is loading the match when it says App.Closed
Splinter cell just like the previous...but colors are inverted and disturbed...
I've also tried many blizzard relased games..
SonicN runs quite well,but colors are a bit confused,many horizontal lines..
Tony hawks,red faction...they do not work;blizzard installer recognize them but it stops extracting .appz file....
can anyone help me,give me some hints...???
Are U trying to press # key, when U play SonicN ? Try it It would give U a full screen view. :)

get the tombraider .blz and place in main root directory of mmc
then start the blz installer and select the file and it will install
if you still get error try another installer and tombraider file
i can confirm it runs very well
sonic as the guy above said its press # and all is fine
i can confirm i got red faction to work it didnt seem to have problems
monky ball works but no sound
pandamonium level one works and then crashes on level 2, dam shame
fifa 2004 did the same for me
suggestions
do you have other apps running in the background at the time?

Do U have Fifa2004 in blz file? Mine is only application, when I copy and run the games, It can run until to loading the game and then ERROR "application Cloced" WHY??? :confused:

i don't have any backgroung app...
for those who have problem with the blz installer i suggest to postpone screen saver to 30 minutes,or when it runs it will crash the installation..
i'm going to try red faction...
is there any other release of pandemonium
even without installatio..only to copy the directory..

mine was the same mate from what i read fifa just aint happening on the 6600
guys were can i find hose games
games like tomb,fifa and so on...........

the ones i found were incorrect.. just do it the way it says above..
if someone needs the blizard installer just post..
but does anyone know where to get more n-gage games.. programs such as irc and or p2p programs don't work!

Hello.
Has anyone got N-Gage Puzzle Bobble to play on the Nokia 6600? :confused:
It installed fine, and left a nice little icon, but when I click that, my screen just flashes white then goes back to the menu??? :confused: Is it to do with MMC size? (Mine is only 28MB)
:D I got Sonic to play, it's cool in full screen mode!! :D

This website has lots of games I haven't heard of being for 6600. Ie. Streetfighter? But when I download it, it is in *.GB format!

.GB is for Game Boy emulator. You must have Goboy to play it :)
In my download section also have Goboy 4.0 plus. Try to use search box to find it :)

Let me help you to play next level of pandamonium in N6600.
First you must intall Anti Moquitos. Can find it my Symbian Download Section above.
After install it, run it and active it. You must keep it running in background while you playing pandamonium
:) repeat these steps Everytime U want to play pandamonium

The Sim play in N6600 with Bad Screen :( So I don't think U'll like it.

I was download from your page, but i can't play The Sim yet.:( Can you give me instruction to copy that? because The file Used System Copy. Is there a some file must copy to System Lib? if yes,what file a must to copy?

Extract SIMS.exe to a folder U want.
Then go to extracted folder, just copy system folder to the Root of you MMC by Card Reader. No system lib file needed.
