have an mc3000. when connected to the charger displays charging but doesn't actually charge the battery. no voltage at battery ends and even after leaving in this position for a whole day still no battery charge (obviously). All batteries are good. Heard transistor on top part of board above sim holder is responsible? is this right? which transistor? thanks
