convert bin to bis

I get the software can convert bin file to sbn file, What software canconvert bin file to bis file?

I have no idea but I'm looking also for something that will convert readed bin -> bis and sbn -> bis; arm -> bih, because I want to use ericsson files with this sw, or better for UFS sw developers to implement flashing of original S-E files also....
