Conection T191<>Twister Box Bad !!!

I need some help here.
Twister Box working great with Nokia and SonyEricsson brand but can't conect to Acer phones ( T191 , C200).
When I start command to "read info" from phone,software allways get message " can't conect to brand", but with others tipe of phone there is no problem to conection from Twister Box.
What is the problem,someone please post.

Double check the calbe with the picture from the support side. Shouldn't be the first time the cable is bad.

What Motrola Cable are you using? USB Upling or the one going to the RJ-45?

look at the cable inserted in C200 and you will see that is possible to not enter complete in the phone, cut a little from the plastic connector...and insert properly

I am allready repair cable who is been incorrect ( TX wire was cuted inside the jack),when I'am reacived the box from supplyer,but after that still no conection to any tipe of Acer phones.I am using RJ-45 cabel tipe.
I was thinking maybe is this mailfunction get something whit USB drivers for Motorola?

first conect software with box
conect phone to cable
power on phone conected to cable
read phone info
and this is how it must work

Thanks Mali for repy,but same thing,no conection.Mobile T191 comunicate with free software O.K. and with home made serial interface,but with Twister no conection.It's funny,because the Twister work good with SE and Nokia phones ( still no atempt to try Samsung phones, I have no cable for Samsung),but Acer is deferent story.I don't know what else to do.

cable problem, contact your resseler to change it.
