BE4 Unlocker for FREE

Hello!

Know anybody a site for downloading the BE4 Unlocker for FREE?
I have download the Unlocker last week and it works.
Yesterday I have format my PC and now I can't start the program.

Always the same ERRORS:
Alcatel_eraserv12_1 have made an Error.
Alcatel_eraserv12_1 now closed.

and
Exception EOIeSysError in module ALCATEL_ERASERV12_1.EXE at 00049775.
Klasse not registered.

What should I do?
If anyone can tell me how I can repair it, I give it FREE into the Net!!!!!!
