Can Alcatel Eraser v14 works on Win 95?

I always got error in kernel32.dll file. I try to replace it with kernal32.dll from win 98 computer but windows freezes and I mus turn back my kernel32.dll.

Does anybady know where is the problem?

With win 98 work OK.

Sorry guys there is no way to solve this problem, you must run the program under win 98.
