I unlock my OTE 16D db using Andromeda ver.5.9. The problem is it shuts down when I insert another SIM. What wrong with this??? One thing also when the program says " Your phone must be ON by now " my phone does'nt ON.

Your phone has trouble with your flash.
Pleas, write more about your phone and
which steps did you make.
Maybe Andromeda destroyed any field in
memory of the phone (fleash).
Try to write originaly flash (backup) with
replace string "16D" to "16C" (on both place
in the bin file) and than unlock.

Which manufacture chip is in your phone?
