View Full Version : Alcatel Eraser 1.4 problem
I have problem with Alcatel Eraser 1.4. I connect phone and click Unlock. After that start process, and I get phone information, reading flash is 100% ok, but after that I get message Erasing Flash and Eeprom Zones..., and nothing happend :-(
This message stays until I reset my computer.
Does anybady have some idea how to solve this problem?

BE4 from Zulea is not 100% crack so not 100% working... It cannot unlock.
In Alcatel Eraser 1.4, I get same problem on some phones, like yours it sa Erasing Flash, but for a very long time, and then phone POWER ON! Still locked! Very wierd... Phone is not damaged though... But still, like I say in my post that 3 units of Alcatel OT 300 version 134 is dead after this soft unlock it... The software still detect the dead phone (like Dejan Flasher detect dead Nokias) but still after unlock many many many times attempt, nothing is change, phone is still dead... Now I try to revive via using hardware method... But still no IDEA how to do...
Just be careful, and dont say I did not warn you about this... Soft is only 70% working!
Alcatel Eraser 1.2 and 1.4 works on 2 of 5 my phones. 3 phones are still 100% ok, not damaged but locked! After message Erasing Flash and Eeprom zones..., sometimes after long tim phone power on but still locked!?!
I try with standard Alcatel DB cable and cable modifyed for USP, but nothing. Booth cables have external supply, but this 3 phones I can't unlock :-(
Does anybady try with zuela BE4 cracked?
Ja sam probao do sada na tri aparata i radi v14 sa emulatorom od v12... Pokusaj ponovno mislim da nece biti problema...

You said you try all cable for alcatel bd, for me all work ok, but you must try to change IC from your cable.The IC must be only MAX or SIPPEX.I try on many PC another IC, i donīt remember what prowider, and no results, now itīs work verry good with Sippex IC (Vcc 5v)

PLease understand guys that the problem is not your cable, it is the phone with unsupported flash ID... That is why you get flash size = 0 MB... I know this because I email author of software, and he said it is not working yet on all flash types, and say I have to pay $$$$ for update software + original dongle for working of all versions all flashes even 137... Sometimes when software say flash size 0MB, it still unlock! But other flash types are really not supported even if you buy original service cable from Alcatel Service Center...
