Did you test BE4win.exe??? I get no responsen from unit http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/frown.gif But other is ok http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/smile.gif

Constantinescu when write this program (his slave because he have another guy wich is working for him) forget to put vpp on pin 4 and 7 http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/smile.gif
I fix this problem (invata fraiere!!!)

I have open a Be3/170 phone, it works fine
but I canīt unlock Be4/137 !! Phone only
switch on. Did you test it with Be4/137 ?
Maybe I use wrong cable !!
Can you help me ??

Working fine for me.......tested on be4 v136 and be1 16c. If the soft powers up the phone maybe your cable are wrong. For this soft i use alcatel db interface modified to work with uspu....that is desconected pin 7 from com port and put +5v on the diode thas was connected to the pin 7.

hello
anybody can exlane to me why after triet to unlock one 16f in the end say file not found.
the phone is dead after that.i but the original flash file and tried 5 times and is the same.i use cable with power and without.
any body can send me the original software?
