Anyone have a clue how to make BE-4 work after flashing

Hi all!!!

I was very happy to see the flash uploader downloader been thrown out to the net but when I flash the phone it doesnot work properly... It doesnot work at all actually a few seconds and it goes off. Solution anyone???
