BE4 Sk language, how to do??

Can anybody help me find simple option to upload Sk language to Alcatel BE4?

And where can I download it?

1. Read original flash
2. Read language from correct flash (fujitsu, atmel, ...)
3. Create language in original flash (BE4_Lang_changer.zip)
4. Write original flash

or if u have alca service tool by s2gsm try downloading from spunlock language files and write them directly to the phone!
