X70 tru bluetooth cant connect to pc

I have tried to connect x70 via bluetooth dongle to my pc..but i cant get it work....with BT adapter in box was a software that i did install...XTND Blue manager v2.1 and after startup dun server...the blue manager when started
cant see x70 neither x70 see any other BT device....so where did i go wrong
or is it problem in software or i am missing some other program....
i have forced connection with signing panasonic bluetooth adress to blue manager..but still no luck...please help

X70 very buggy phone,specially with first vesions of software. If it is older than A18 you can try to upgrade it to a18 version (that is free), but this is old too.

Yes i will upgrade phone to a25 but i have to wait for cable for two weeks
because they cant have it sooner....but my soft version now is:

and BT dongle is PBTUSB02C2 windigo.......can maybe be prob in dongle?

i have a adress of one site but for a few days it is not working..i try every day but it always the same message....

but hopely that somebody will help me about bluetooth..becasue i still like gd87 better than x70....and if BT dont works on my x70.....i will sell it
gd87 have far more better camera than x70......
