I can't read LOG from my c62 (timeout message)??

I'm using c62 logger and it says timeout??
what should i do?
i'm using rs232 cable which i've bought, i don't know its scheme but i can download everything from the phone (pictures,ringtones,fotos).
i'm working on windows 2000 prof. maybe ports are wrong configured??
somebody help please :)) :confused:

Thesame thing is happening to me , i use thesame cable for c60 and it works but for c62, the logger seams not to be working with it. I se windows 98se.

c62 pinout is different as of c55/c60.

Pinout is same like provided with C62 Logger. Just look to schematic, and all
working fine, with all OS.

I try under Win98, Win XP on two computers (Athlon 800 and Athlon 2500+)
I try change voltage from 5 to 12 V, i use 10k resistor and schematic included with logger.
Someone solved this problem ??

I try to read log from phone with 9v at pin 9,now the phone is dead,i just read log nothing to write to phone but now the phone do not power on,can somebodu tell me a solution,pleace ?

don't use china X55 cable...doesn't work at all ,just build home made max232 or u can also use china Alcatel 311/511 power supplied cable or Philips Fizio...and so on...Logger work very well with those cables,tested on few pcs !

I unlocked this C62 by using a Philips savvy' cable with external power... phone was logged at first time...
