sim vodaphone and tim 128k

Hi to everyone,
I've two active sims, one of italian operator voda.... (ver 16.2) and the other Italian timm 128 k. I've read in italian forum, that is not possible for both of them, to extract imsi and ki.
Is anyone that confirm to me this?

I can comfirm, the italian forum is right not possible to clone tim 128k and vodafone 16.2

you can do it with tim 8k 16k 32k and 64k

and vodafone 8k and 16.1k

What about an old 16K SIM from Wind ?
