hi
i have c62 flasher and i wont to flash my phone , i select on flasher
"phone" then "recovery flash " and my phone is death.
my phone is HD 0503-072-001-M
somebody have solution to bring him alive. sorry for english.
and meyby someone have flash for this phon.

i have flasher and flash files but i can flash this f...... fone.!!!

Did you selected the flash file correctly?
For this unpack the flash (for example hd0503-058-m) somewhere.
Pay attention that you have to keep the folder structure from the archive. The firmware folder name should be in upper case only (HD0503-058-M instead of hd0503-058-m). If it is not -- rename it. This folder sould contain three subfolders: CUST, FLASH and LANG (possibly also upper case required).
Then in flasher soft press Options->Settings then on C62 tab set port speed and the folder name where you unpacked your flash. If you did everything OK after pressing the OK button you will not have an error msg and you will be able to select all data in software section on main screen for phone type: C62.
After setting everything as needed press Flash. on main screen and if your cable is OK you will be able to successfully flash your phone.
P.S. Use Recovery Flash only if the flasher soft asks you to do so.

i do exacly as you say,unpack soft,unpack frimeware,folder ar archive,i have 3 subfolders cust,flash,lang, and when i press Options->Settings then on C62 set port speed and the folder where i unpack flash ,when i push ok i have "there are no softwre releases available in C:progam files/microcell/flash programmer/flash" what is wrong? thx

You should have folders as follows:
C:/Progam files/microcell/flash programmer/flash/HD0503-058-M
C:/Progam files/microcell/flash programmer/flash/HD0503-058-M/CUST/
C:/Progam files/microcell/flash programmer/flash/HD0503-058-M/FLASH/
C:/Progam files/microcell/flash programmer/flash/HD0503-058-M/LANG/
and you should piont your flasher to
C:/Progam files/microcell/flash programmer/flash/
to recognise firmware(s).

Dear forummate!
Please, stop these meaningless posts. In general you seems to be a good man. Sometimes you help people to solve their problems, and even gave us some things (e.g. flashes) for download in the past. But it seems, when you are in bad mood, you start to write such meaningless posts. This forum was made to help each other. Somebody can be a very good phone HW repairer, but moderate PC user and needs some help in this field or vice versa. Why you write such offensive posts to them? Think over, were you such a good specialist in GSM from the day of your birth? I think no. And you, as other members, and even software authors were beginners in the past and asked same "stupid" questions at which you would laugh now. And there always were somebody who helped or teached you. Why don't give others a chance to learn now?
There are a lot of different people amongst us. Some of them buy all software and know only how to connect a cable and press big "Unlock" button in the bought SW.
Others using their brains to try to find out how to solve a problem using free stuff. And a lot of us are somewhere between these two (like I am). Which one is better? I think these groups are all equal and all deserve some help.
Personally: I'm in GSM for 4 years. The things in our town changed since then and the so called "sunday unlockers" bring the price of unlock down to $2 per unit and even less for old models. The clients admit that I'm a good specialist and for killed phones I can charge more, but a simple unlock is still $2. If a year before I was able to buy even relatively expensive solutions, than now I can't afford even the cheap ones. I'm trying to live from this "business" and now I have a few choices: To leave this business. To wait until the "sunday unlockers" leave the market or clients realize that cheapest is not always the best. Or to concentrate in repair dead phones at high prices. I have to choose the way and till then I'm forced to wait for free stuff and use my brains to figure out how to use it for my needs. Are there anything bad in this?
Maybe I'm not right. Then please, tell me how should I act in this situation.
But I'm asking you once again: Please, stop these meaningless and often offensive posts -- not allways we are the reason why our business isn't going as well as others (or yours, for example).

Hi,
in case you didn't fix a problem, in settings tab for C62 you need set path and it is "C:\progam files\microcell\flash programmer".
Program will recognize software after this.
