Hi to all.
I used Alcatel ****er on different Alcatel be1, but i had to delete all my data on PC, becasue i had to bring it to repair.
Now i have the Alcatel ****er on my PC (repaired) and on another PC and the software says always "error ..." before opening and during, and so i can't use it.
I forget to install some system file??

Please help me!

Hi,
To run this program properly you need this file "mscomm32.ocx" in Windowssystem directory.
I used to have this problem and solved it by doing this.

William

Try to copy "Mscomctl.ocx" to windowssystem folder and try it.
I had lots of problems to put this software running and i copyed lots of system files to that directory and i don't know exactly which ones are realy needed, but this one is needed for communication with RS232 ports!
Try this and let me know.

Good luck,
William
