I had a problem when I try to unlock my old nokia 3210 because when I put the operator network code from MOVISTAR (214-07) the codes to unlock didnīt work.
Long time ago, MOVISTAR had got two different netword codes 214-07 and the other was 214-02.
If you had tried to unlock your old dct3 with 21407 and the code didnīt work, try now to put Operator Network Code 21402 and IMEI
