Strange error on eraser

I am trying to test alcatel eraser cracked on another computer,when I take a copy from my computer and try to run it on another one ,this error pops up:
alcateleraser caused unknown error
exception eolesyserror in module alcatel36c.exe at 0004ddd5
class is not registered.
any ideas?
