Bug in Flasher 1.3

Hello
The flasher 1.3 has a bug flashing , don't write the exact data from archive, only with resuming flashing.... in a few days i will release another version with the bug fixed...

So what software shall we use instead of Flasher 1.3 ?
I saw Flasher 1.3b on the net is it the same ? (I have 1.3 beta version)
