does this mastercode unlock all the 16f alcatel? anybody who has tested this way?

how do i enter the codes could you give me the process or do i just enter the codes then the phone shows NCK? ty

If it asks NCK ... your phone is locked.
NCK is the Network Code ...
You have to unlock it
