hello!
I have one alcatel, type HD1 and i need unlock code for it, and a little instruction how to use that code. Is there any mastercode maybe?

It worked for an Alcatel HC-800 locked at TMN.

On HC-800/HC-1000 Simply go to Menu and select "OPERADOR" and select "SIM - LOCK" / "COD. DESBLOQUEIO" and then Insert the code where it says "Cod.Desbloqueio?".To insert the numbers just type the number.To insert the letters just press the number continously until the right letter appear.

For Alcatel One Touch it's the same process,except that you have to go to Menu and select "Segurança" and then select "Bloqueado" and insert the code (it will ask SIMLOCK).

Ex:

10C02014

-type 1 time number 1 for 1
-type 1 time number 0 for 0
-type 4 times number 2 for C
-type 1 time number 0 for 0
-type 1 time number 2 for 2
-type 1 time number 0 for 0
-type 1 time number 1 for 1
-type 1 time number 4 for 4

and then press ok and it will say "Codigo Aceite,Telefone Desbloqueado" (on HC-800/HC-1000) or "Desbloqueado" (on One Touch).

Note: for D press 2 times number 3
for E press 3 times number 3
for F press 4 times number 3

That's all.I hope this will help you.

Hi I also have a One-Touch, but it won'tlet me in the menu
once I do not have the original sim card (Amena - Spain)

I thought so, but when I put the sim and the pin, it just displays this message:

"Atencion - Solamente llamadas SOS"

And won't ask for anything else or let me insert any kind of code.

other remarque for HD1 it is possible to unlock via code per IMEI when locked to one of the provider in Crux or any other calc
tested by me last week HD1 locked to France telecom/orange

yes, it is posible to unlock oldest version of Hx1 phone with the master code which is only 8 digits especialy those locked to a particuler network in France and Spain but you must note that the later version of the phone does not accept the master code of 8 digits but requires a complete 10 digits network code which is all figure. no option to ende D/E from keypress so you can not unlock them that way any longer so you need Retrofit (http://www.peoplemobiles.net/download/Alcatel/Retrofit.zip) for them
