6210 to 6250 flashing but after flashing facing network proble? & 6210 original flash fle reflash but still network problem?

my english very poor.

use EPROM tools for repair ,or make AutorityID,MSID,and repair IMEI.

i use eprom tool v3.1 and repair IMEI, AutorityID,MSID & chang Product Code.
But not any changes still notwork problem. 1800MHZ network searching but 900MHZ network not searching

make full flash or put virgin eeprom(with rolis sw) and make again Autority,Msid,IMei...and full factoty resset.
