Which Software?

Im new to this forum so exuse me if I'm doing something wrong right now
(I think I understood the rules but still...)

I was told I can upload/download my firmware from a sagem mobile?
In this case myx-2 , What software do I need to use? ( And where to get it)?
And all I need a cable connected to the comp and this software right??
