Dear members.
I tried to flash c62 v16, but after few seconds program gives: Flashing software failed. Block verification failed for block 1, error code: 6. I have tried to "Recovery flash" and then flash again, but the same result on all versions: 58, 67, 73. I'm using correct cable because i have successfuly flashed 5 phones before: two v12, three v16. This one is dead.
If You have any idea, please post it.

Zulea have wroted never DIRECT unlocker for c62....
Zulea DIRECT unlocker for c62 kill phone :((((
Try check +12v if it too low You can have problem on flashing!
And newer use recower flash!!!! After it, and normal flashing phone just blink and off.
I kull one in thys way....

hi friends
If you have problem with flashing siemens (SE) c62 you must check +12v ot pin 9. Do not use rezistor 10k you must have SATABILITY +12v

Thanx for replies, friends.
Today i check voltage on mu power supply - i was shocked. It gives 17 volts, f****** ukrainian manufacturers, power supply works good last 5 monthes.
Is an any idea for repair now?

hi all
i've killed one C62 today, but not as hackgsm, i did a stupid thing, i put 12v directly to pin 9 without resistance (i really dont know why)
now phone is dead, and sometimes when i try to turn it on, it vibrate
and i hope you guys help me to fix it,
man.... you can throw it away...
really ? are you 100% sure ?

I tried recovery flash, and I put 12v (stabilised) without resistor and my phone live, nothing happend.

I also have same problem,phone don,t want flashing!
i am using c62 ...
it was customized on t-mobile and i killed it the same way
but ...
power on your brain ...
recovery flashing works ok, right ?
so ... the problem is in the flasher itself.
first ...
use 3v3 zenner diodes at Rx-Tx lines ...
second ..
do recovery flash
and remove batt.
and quicklz reconnect it
and do normal flashing
this MUST revive your dead c62
i revived my c62 this way ..
and I used Old Alcatel DB charger for power supply ...
its about 10V ....

Check flashFile for errors. If flashfile is corupt then flasher give error in block verification.

it is orginal flash file from siemens i didn't change it!

The process of Flash is with the batery inserted o it is WITHOUT the batery???

Now I use 9v (stabilised) whithout resistor.

2 important things for dummies:
1) recovery flash is very useful thing but you must to know how to use it
for me it makes alive phone, but important is what do with phone before
2) for non technicians: direct 12v is very dangerous for phone, and 12v via 10K resistor works but its not professional solution (made by china guys for these boxes), correctly is put stabilised voltage (less 12v)
so use your gray substance and allbe ok

You use 9v directly to pin 9??
yes, 12v must be driven directly or via resistor providing at least 50mA current.
There are internal 56ohm resistor between pin9 and Vppf.
But 12v must never be exceeded! More voltage will destroy flash chip.
I'v put unstabilized +12v and short 16v shock destroyed my flash chip :(
what kind flash chip in Siemens C62 is used?
how pin 9 connected to chip (Vpp pin)?

Thanks people! I had put 9V directly on pin 9 and works for me!
C62 uses M36W0R6030 multimemory chip.
pin 9 is connected to Vppf pin via ~47ohm resistor.

If you try to put not stability 12v to pin 9 or more then 12v - flash hardware is wrong.
C62 uses M36W0R6030 multimemory chip.
pin 9 is connected to Vppf pin via ~47ohm resistor.
