the radio is a krc-877R and is possible to take away a small pcb with processor and eeprom.
My question is: is not possible to modify this pcb to make the radio not asking code?

@bRad
I have found the eeprom, it is a 24c01, Ican read it with ICprog and a JDM programmer.
If you can send me a dump with a known code I can also program this chip
