BE3 16A destroyed by unlocking

My friend destroyed a <br />Alcatel ONE TOUCH VIEW DB by unlocking.<br />It is a BE3 16A 2MB FujitsuFlash<br />How can i repair the phone???<br />Can anybody send me the correct flashfile?
