Faster simcards?

Hi,

my operator recently switched to new, much faster simcards. There is almost no wait when opening/deleting messages, reading data when turning on a phone, etc…

Is it possible to find GreenCards that fast?

I think that answer is no, fun/greencard are a little slow, the only way to put that faster is reducint the number of ADN and SMS to minimum possible, 01 SMS and 001 ADN. The acessing to the sim deppends too the phone.
