Hello all ... I have a problem with be4's .. not calling out (not call barring), dead , insert sim card ... i have used vygis software , but recieved no joy. I have read in certain posts that i need to flash the phone to v135 and then use vygis .. my Q is .. will that work and if it will, can someone please e-mail me a v135 flash (as i only have 139 phones in stock), or alternatively send me a link to download from ..

You just need to reset phone's software to defaults....
I don't remember the code... Search the forum...
Otherwise: Hardware problem...

i have about 50 pieces , i tried the reset code ###847#.... still not working ... without a card the phone dails out ... but with a card it says call ended.
this might help ... when i switch the phone on , it gets full network , after bout 2 mins the network dissappers ... its 100% SOFTWARE PROBLEM ... but how to fix

Post some more information... is all 139 ver? whitch network U tryed to use? Who distributed? How is your BE4s old? is used? U can send me flash and I will try to fix it...
well i dont use this pc i to unlock , but i flashed the phones with files that i downloaded from the net , v137 and v138 , then i tried the 52 partial flashes , still dont work. i need a v135 flash ....

I still can't change Imei :( does enyone have right solution ?
not yet fixed ... i sent them to alcatel ... they did software upgrades on them under warranty V139.... still lookin for a workin solution cos they take about 2 weeks
