t192 charging problem

Hello

i have 2 t192 with following problem

1. dont show charging, when plugged charger cant power on the phone.
on batery contacts there is 5.6V , similar to working phone.
GCAP changed not helped. any idea?

2. dont charger batery because there is just 065V on batery contacts, GCAp changed not helped. any idea?

Do phones turn on with normal fully charged battery?

1 : But you can power on phone without the charger ? If no, try to do remove RTC battery and short the contact for 30 seconds, and try again.

2 : You say you have only 0.65 V on the battery contacts ?? Seems to me that you have a diode/capasitor around the charge area which is short, have you checked them all ?
