c62 v14c 16c???

C62 ver. 14C and C62 ver. 16C - what is this? I many times tried write flash ver. 16 (not "C") to this phones, but not result. If write to phones ver. 16C (china) - not problem.

How to change SW and langpacks in this phones?

i recive C62 v16C with lang pack 8

no problem for flash only flash file, but if i choice lang pack (examply Baltic)
flasher start but after say flashing international language pack to asian language pack NOT ALLOWED

and STOPS

any solution ?
