LG 7100 Help Required

WOULD LIKE TO UNBLOCK MY LG7100 AND CHANGE EMI NUMBER, HAVE DATA
CABLE, AND VARIOUS SOFTWARE, HAVE TRIED LINKS FROM HERE BUT ALL S/W WILL NOT LOAD UP ON MY PC, JUST VARIOUS FILES. ALSO PASSWORD PROTECTED. ONLY S/W THAT IS WORKING IS: IMEI_SVC VER 1.0 BUT I CAN NOT SEE THE MODL 7100. PLEASE COULD ANY ONE HELP

I have use the software once

Connect cable and read Imei
power on the phione
When insert new imei , the write still not enable so I just clear imei.
But the four digit before the last two are 0000

I wanted to keep the phone to study more but the custumer was happy with it.
