T100 - broken keyboard, help

hi
i don't know why keypad not work.. i desolder volume regulator buttons, reflash and write new eeprom - not help.
may be processor damaged.
when i switch phone - it working perfectly (find net, etc) after that i can push 1 different button - it works, but then phone not accept any keys... other function working. if i close/open flip - i'm again may push 1 button... that all :)
any solutions?

I had similar problem with Sam T500 few monts ago. Try to explore the whole board very carefully under a microscope. There might be some corrosion. I solved my problem like this.

check the pcb very well through microscope, most prbably you can see cracked around bga ic under compaund......
