Can anyone help?
I have just bought a Siemens MC60 and I have connected it to my PC to update the firmware. Unfortunately my PC Crashed and now my phone will not switch on or do anything.
Please help.
Take it back to the shop, get a replacement new one. Depending what country, what shop, you bought it from you may be able to get away with this.
I have already had it unlocked to work on Orange. It came as a Pay as you go T Mobile.
What can I do if the shop won't exchange it?
