I have a vodafone X6, and i need some free games and hi-fi ringtones, can u give me some links, i don't use a vodafone sim card, and how can i make my own ringtones from mp3 files, can u tell me what software 2 use... plss help

U can't download games to your phone just then if your operator support in-fusio. You can make ringtones very easy. YOu can convert mp3 to wave(8 bit, 8000 KHz mono) after you can cut that file as you wish

mmonseeker, as for free games dont hold out for much hope. sagem myx6 doesnt support java only infusio which is networkdependent (that u need to pay if ervice available) as for ring tones, the situation is better: i personaly use nero wave editor which can convert mp3 into midi. but be warned! the final format of the music u whish to upload needs to be 8000 hz (as for frequency), 8bit and mono. otherwise the file will be too big.

u can change the mobile soft but that wont help u with games. you can remove op logo with telmem. www.telmemplus.de i think

well, if u had asked me the same question 2 days ago i would have told u u will f***k it up. now i belive the risk is at around 20%. if u send me email in one week i will tell you wether my friends menaged to do it or not.

i dont know about other cables. i guess you have to try first. if telmem works with you older cable then it will be fine. firmware can be downloaded from pwww.planetsagem.com . but u need to be registered. i sent u all sagem temporary unlocker in email

Modifying fields and updating/flashing SAGEM phones has high risc. If you don't know what you do you may cause a permanent f*u*c*k to the phone. So i suggest to all new ppl to SAGEM to be VERY carefull.

Please in English!!! .:hack3r2k:. If you modifying the 997 filds, you just rewrite the rimware number, so you can upload the soft. After we(hungarian people) must restore our eeprom back up, so the original numbers will came back. It is work for everyone, and this is tho only way to destroy the vodafone live! menu. We don't say to change the other fileds, just one. And it is works. :)

That isn't important. U can choose someone, since you will restore your back up. I guess the 251337354 or 251305584 are the best

i have no idea... i live in hungary, but i dont think firmware provider should determine firmware choice. I advise: mobistar and orange france firms

i agreeee! however, after my 6 days long torture now it takes only 10 minutes to upload new firmware. now it seems like a piece of cake... especialy if i hadnt tryed to upload that myv65 firmware... :mad: :confused: :(

moonsk. double check evrithing! if you find things are ok then reinstall telmem (uninstall first)! make sure your cable works with the programme. i also had that message when i tryed to upload a none vodafone live firmware

chck your com port settings. test connection with the "my picture and sounds programme" ow wellphone. do not start the operation unless evrithing is ok your settings

hi i had 21300175 software in polish version of x6 and few minutes ago i put the orange software and it working:D:D:D:D:D better theme and the sms counter :D is there any difrent with my orignal software and the orange??

no i dont. some italian (jam_italy) work on mapping the fields. i guess it will take a while. anyway, i think mob.star firm is the best cos. u can have green backgroung when writting sms, wap, calendar.
but the mob star have sms counter??? what is the number of mob star i will try it :D

Please don't try upload a lot of software. I tried to and I kill my phone. It is sim locked. If you remove Live! soft, the be happy with them, but please don't try to upload every soft.

i had polish operator called ERA so it wasnt THE LIVE. in orange menu there is no games but u can enterd them in shortcuts i have puzzle and megabox conquest both sux and they are the same as in my original software

moonseeker, u cant upload any more skins. there are 2 kind of firmwares basicly. orange france, and boyugetel. boyugetel has got "nearly original" firmware. orange has made more obvious changes. all the 9 uploadable firm is the same as these 2. but these 2 works the best and more relyable. other people kept fiddling with their phones and by the end they got simlock which now they cant remove. thats why u shouldnt change anything anymore... be happy with what u have got!

yeah i know however those with 4 skins have got no sms character counter
thats right the strange thing in orange menu in my phone is that games are in menu only in shorcut and in screensavers demo mode there difrent games so i think that the games are'nt included in update

Is jam_italy phone locked too? That sux. :( I brought to the service. I hope thy will help me. :) If they do I will NOT remove live, because it is realy dangerous. In the first time you done well, but that is highly recommend to finish that, else you may got simlock, but the back up isn't help. :( SO If you remove your old menu, then be happy, If you want to remove that, please don't do that, this phone is too valuable.

and btw i have a new problem ... grr ... when i start my phone when the orange logo apears the screen seems 2 freeze and the backlight turns black and the phone freze 2-3 sec. and then it starts.. but i don't even see the orange logo, the same problem i had ehit Live! software...

no i couldnt :( but i go to vodafone tomorrow and try to complain. ill be on icq on monday. crog, i havet tested all the fimware from planetsagem. there MIGHT be one with polish language but to be honest i doubt it. give it a go

in voda live phones 268 field has no importance. in other myx6s it might be responsible for network lock so yes there might be a differnce

ASTU can`t read field 5709 !

I`ve done the update!(to 251305584)
The phone is now SIMlocked.
TelMem is unable to write the backup(many access protected fields).
ASTU is unable to read field 5709 and can`t unlock the phone.
What now?

Well my friend, I said.
Astu don't need to read that field! Telmem can upload your back up back. There is just one protected field. And you must skip it. If it doesn't work than you should take it to your servicee and pray!

I did this before,but with Simcard inside-doesn`t work.
NOW,without SIM it WORKED!
