T9 Info

I am looking for info on T9 dictionaries used in cell phones.
How is it coded? How do you edit such a dictionary? etc. etc.
I am particularly interested in Siemens but I believe the dictionaries/tables
are generic.
Tegic and AOL employees kindly encouraged to share the knowledge :))
