be1 power off with SIM

my be1 phone without SIM no problem, shows 'Check SIM message'
but With SIM only welcome message shows then quickly power off.
any idea ?

this is a cause of wrong software try another in dos mode.

If you honest in your claim Please take your phone to "One&Only" @ Sea Street, Colombo 11 to get it S/W repaired. They may try to reactivate your phone.

wat type cable required to this, i cannot connect this phone yet. it power on when i try to connect, soft said cannot connect the phone. version is 16f
