I need change language on Alcatel HE1.

Hello boys.<br />I need change language on Alcatel type HE1. Phone version is 251. I download flash 1 and flash 2 and eeprom with retrofit from phone wit slovak language. I try upload this flash1 and 2 and eeprom to phone without slovak language, but phones don't have slovak language after upload.<br />How solved this problem?
