BE4 135 doesn`t want to unlock!!!

Hi to all.I`ve got one BE4 135,locked to MTEL GSM BG.Flash is Micron 2Mb.All softwares,whish i use,says Unlock OK,but phone is still locked.Probably support for Micron flashes is not good?Or lock is on another place?Can someone help me?Thanks.

for solution perhaps do that (it's only an idea) : save H.S.A and past it in another flash same version ,same flash type but from another operator.and then unlock it.<br />but before use the last update of --==MCOMM GROUP==-
