for old Alcatels specialists -hd5 problem

Alcatel One Touch VIEW HD5 sw 10.4 after uploading flash zone 2 (Viw104ok.s2 file from Retrofit package) I've got ERREUR DE PERSONNALISATION. I made backups of zone 1 and 2 but now I cant upload it back (after few seconds of uploading in user message window I got a lot off numbers

Please help me to repair this phone, its very rare phone and I have problem to buy the same model ...

I'm not a newbe in old alacatels but this happend me first time.

I solve this problem!!<br />1. Change the internal battery<br />2.Clean the communications pins from bottom of phone<br />3.Flash with your flasher.<br />4. If don't work wait 24 hours and try again!!No joke!!<br />Good luck <br />Cris

I solve my problem by closing pins of battery for short time

Is it posiible to change IMEI to oryginal(now I have 330000000) ?
